Prepare a product for launch
Set up the environments, deployment steps, configuration, monitoring, and release checks needed for a controlled first rollout.
Engineering & connected systems / Deployment & ongoing support
Deploy, maintain, and improve the software your business depends on. We agree on responsibilities, release practices, and support coverage before those questions become urgent.
Based in Bloomington, Illinois. Working with teams across the United States.
Where it fits
An application needs more than a place to run. Someone has to understand its dependencies, watch for failures, manage releases, and know how to recover it. We make that ownership explicit for new builds and existing systems.
Set up the environments, deployment steps, configuration, monitoring, and release checks needed for a controlled first rollout.
Review the code and infrastructure, document the current state, and prioritize the maintenance risks that matter most.
Make room for fixes, dependency updates, and scoped enhancements with a clear approval and release process.
What we deliver
Ongoing support is quoted separately. Coverage and response times depend on the agreement; 24/7 monitoring, incident response, hosting fees, and unlimited changes are not included by default.
How we work
Start with a free fit conversation. We will discuss the requirement, decide what needs a closer look, and quote the next useful scope privately.
Confirm repository and hosting access, dependencies, environments, documentation, and the people responsible for decisions.
Define critical paths, release checks, recovery needs, and how support requests are triaged.
Handle the agreed maintenance and changes, review recurring problems, and revisit scope as the application grows.
Before we start
Potentially. We first review its condition, access, dependencies, and operational risks. Support starts after that review and a clear agreement on responsibilities.
The project proposal defines its handover and any included post-launch period. Ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and service levels are agreed separately.
You do not need a finished brief. Bring the idea, the existing system, or the part of the work that is not working.
